One of our Team members will contact you with instructions on how to create your return shipping label to get your item back to us.

  1. PACK & SEND

Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.

Securely place the items into your Direct Auto Spares delivery packaging (or a similar sized box/satchel if you no longer have it). 

Please ensure that your item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.

Following the instructions emailed to you, print your return shipping label, and securely tape it to the packaging your item was delivered in. Take care not to cover the barcodes.

Drop the parcel off at your nominated Australia Post outlet.

 

Order numbers can be found in "My Account" or in order email receipt.

 

Questions about returns


Can I return my parts?

We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Am I eligible for free shipping?

If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as part of our 100% Fitment Guarantee.

Then what?

  • Returns from metro areas usually reach us within 2-6 business days and longer from regional or remote areas.

  • Once your parts have been received, we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 10 business days.

  • One of our Customer Service Team will be in touch once your return is complete.
