COVID-19 update from Direct Auto Spares

Firstly, we would like to say, we hope you are all well and safe! Every customer feels like a family member to us and we would like to share with you what we are doing moving forward through these uncertain times
We have received a lot of emails and instant messages asking if we are still open and if we are still delivering to your state,
Yes we are still open, we will continue to operate until advised not to, at this time we have been advised by all our courier companies that they are still delivering to all states and the transit ban does not apply to couriers!

The COVID-19 (coronavirus) is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians. Direct Auto Spares would like to share with you everything Direct Auto Spares is doing so we can continue delivering and supplying product, whilst endeavouring to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers in relation to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

Protecting our people, customers and community

Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all orders will no longer require a signature for delivery from our courier partners

This is in addition to measures already introduced to protect our people, including asking staff to not attend work if they are showing symptoms, and for all other staff to keep a distance of at least two metre from people, and continue to practice good hygiene.

For our corporate offices, we have been working remotely and are ready to implement increased working from home practices and segregated working.

Our Executive and Senior leadership team are ready to ensure that in the event of an absence, we have leadership and customer support continuity during this time.

We are acting to ensure that we can minimise transmission now as much as possible, protecting our customers and staff, while continuing to provide product..
